What Are The Requirements For Living At Growing Sober?:

Growing Sober offers sober living in Boynton Beach to those that have finished a 30 day treatment program. However, it is not a requirement that individuals at Growing Sober have attended a formal treatment program. If one has been sober for the set time requirement, they can be accepted to the facility. Prior to being accepted into the facility, one has to pass a drug test. Additionally, they are given a breathalyzer. Drug and alcohol tests can be administered to residents at any time.

While at Growing Sober’s transitional living facility, one has to be involved with some type of program to promote a sober life, such as alcoholics anonymous or narcotics anonymous. The program must be a 12 step program, and the resident has to attend the meetings of the program regularly. There also are house meetings at Growing Sober that are aimed at ensuring the continued sobriety of residents.All residents of this halfway house must be employed on a full time basis. Residents are expected to find employment within two weeks of arrival at Growing Sober, and unemployed residents must search for work between 9AM and 3PM on Monday through Friday each week. Residents are charged 165 dollars per week to live at Growing Sober, which is an affordable rate for the area.
